THE FOLLOWING SUPPORT SERVICES ARE UNLIMITED AS PART OF YOUR SUPPORT AGREEMENT:
Telephone and online support: Explorer Systems provides unlimited support via telephone and support ticket system for your staff who have been already trained by Explorer Systems staff. Whether it’s answering a question about the operation of Versai, guidance on completing a task, or assisting with an issue you’re having, we have your back–in all four main U.S. time zones with knowledgeable, U.S.-based staff!
Configuration review: After your staff has completed training, the Versai Support Team can review any event, program, fundraising campaign, or custom query that you create to ensure your Versai setup is ideal for the way you do business. We’ll make recommendations to improve your staff workflow, your customer experience, and the ability of your administrators to easily generate reports of the information they need.
Versai functionality orientations: Versai is a powerful, all-in-one system for managing almost every aspect of your organization’s revenue. When new executives, directors, senior staff, and site administrators come on board, they might not realize the scope, power, and features of the Versai solution! For example, a new finance director may be delighted to learn they can designate general ledger account numbers to all items in Versai that generate revenue and easily generate reports with those account numbers. We will gladly provide a complimentary, customized, one-hour online session to introduce–or reintroduce–your senior staff to Versai’s toolkit to ensure your organization maximizes the value and benefit of Versai at all levels of your organization. YOU CAN PURCHASE CUSTOMIZABLE 3-HOUR ONLINE OR 8-HOUR ON-SITE SESSIONS TO USE ANY WAY YOU NEED.
Your Versai support agreement covers the standard operation of your Versai software system for all your staff who have been trained by Explorer Systems. But don’t worry: With purchased sessions, we can help with software and hardware service needs, such as those listed below, that are outside that agreement. Contact Sales for quotes and purchasing.
Training: basics for new staff, advanced for existing staff.
Advanced customization: report forms, mail merge templates, queries, mailing lists.
Database analysis: restructure data, clean up data, develop custom scripts, identify data entry process issues, evaluate training needs.
Network services: configure active directory groups, network folder sharing, Windows security, and firewalls; troubleshoot network performance.
Server services: spec, price, build, ship, and set up a new server; migrate servers; license and install of Microsoft SQL Server; develop and implement disaster recovery plan including backing up databases; set up a training environment.
Workstation PC services: configure printer drivers, (re-)install pin pads, map network share drives, recommend PC specs.
