Summary of Responsibilities

  • Triage and coordinate software support operations across digital help ticket system and phone system.
  • Provide routine software support to end users via written communication, telephone, and online meeting.
  • Onboard and train clients online and in person.
  • Demonstrate software to prospective clients.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and alpha testing.

  • An associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
    Preference for a beneficial field such as linguistics, computer science, software engineering, information technology, or data science.


  • This is considered an entry-level position.
    Preference for experience with Versai software and/or experience in the museum industry (or related nonprofit organizations).


  • Advanced office computer skills. Very tech-savvy. Love for technology.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication.
  • Excellent organization.
  • Intrinsically motivated. Takes initiative. Proactive.
  • A love of learning, and a love of teaching and helping. Patience when helping others.



  • Estimated salary range: $35,000-$45,000 annually.
